My husband and I are so grateful we came across Steve! The memory that stands out the most...When we bid on our first house, we called him at 9:30pm (and he answered!) Knowing we were new to the process of buying a house in California, he answered all our questions and checked in the next morning to see if we had any other questions or concerns he could help with. On another occasion, he even offered to help find someone to help use bless our new home. He is kind, compassionate, and patient. He walked us through the process when we were unsure of the steps in the process. He educated us on our options (from building to buying to blessing our new home), gave use crucial information and remained available to answer all of our questions. He remained eternally optimistic and exuded so much positivity and warmth throughout the process. He also has tons of connections, which is never a bad thing!

10/10 would recommend. I don't know how many stars had to align for my partner and me to end up in our new home, but Steven was definitely one of those stars. He was professional and easy to work with, stayed confident (and rightfully so in the end), was very thorough, and was always on top of things. He checked in multiple times to make sure that we had everything we needed for an easy move. If we ever end up moving again, I will undoubtedly be going through Steven and I will and already have highly recommended him to whoever is contemplating a move as well.

We found Steve via a Yelp search when looking for a new real estate agent to help sell our home after being on the market for 5 weeks with zero offers (the story of our prior agent is for another review). His insight into the Bay Area real estate market shined when making recommendations of easy improvements prior to re-listing. The interior designer and stager he collaborated with had an impeccable taste that helped us fetch top dollar for the home. After only one week on the market and dozens of showings, we had five offers in hand and all over asking, from current and prior listing amounts! Steve did more than we ever expected from a real estate agent and we could not have been luckier to find someone with his expertise and professionalism.
